Reichle Klein Group recently coordinated the $2.9 million sale of a former Kmart-anchored plaza in Toledo, Ohio.
Reichle Klein Group’s Duke Wheeler, CRRP, represented the seller, Toledo Corp., of Toledo, with its sale of the 117,735 SF former Kmart-anchored plaza located at 1727 W. Alexis Road. The buyer, Amerco Real Estate Company, of Phoenix, Arizona, represented itself in the transaction.
