TOLEDO, OH – Reichle Klein Group recently helped coordinate, in partnership with Colliers, the lease of a $10.9 million industrial property in Rossford, OH.
Reichle Klein Group’s Ron Jurgenson, CCIM, SIOR represented the tenant, Norplas-TEAMS Systems Group, in the lease of the property at 1901 Innovation Avenue. The 103,200 SF industrial building is an expansion location for the company. Norplas designs and manufactures automotive systems for original equipment manufacturers. Terry Coyne from Newmark represented the landlord.
