Reichle Klein Group Represents Landlord to Fully Lease Hensville

TOLEDO, OH – TOLEDO, OH – Reichle Klein Group recently coordinated four leases totaling 16,144 SF to fully lease Hensville in downtown Toledo, Ohio.

Reichle Klein Group’s Ryan Miller and Marty Gallagher, SIOR represented the building’s landlord, Toledo Mud Hens Baseball Club Inc., to fully lease the Fleetwood Building at 28 N. St. Clair Street. The 7,168 SF lease of the entire third floor by NRS/Keystone Logistics overlooks Fifth Third Field and Hensville Park. Rooftop access is available with a large entertainment deck.

Ryan and Marty represented the building’s landlord, Hensville Improvements LLC, to fully lease 9 N. St. Clair Street; iHeart Radio has 3,556 SF on the first floor, Front Door Marketing (FDM) has 2,420 SF on the second floor, and Poco Piatti has 3,000 SF on the first floor.
