Reichle Klein Group Represents AAMA Plaza Inc. in $2.3 Million Sale

TOLEDO, OHIO (July 1, 2022) – Reichle Klein Group recently coordinated the sale of a $2.3 million retail plaza in Northwood, OH. 

Reichle Klein Group’s Joe Belinske, CCIM represented the seller negotiated the sale agreement with the new owner, AAMA Plaza LLC. 

Located on the corner of Oregon Road and Wales Road, the 19,062 retail plaza recently underwent numerous improvements, such as, freshly painted façade and added a new asphalt parking field. Current tenants include, Jimmy Johns, Arturo’s, Bella Rose Beauty, Cardinal Staffing, Jed’s and more. Only one unit remains available (1,470 SF).
