Reichle Klein Group recently arranged an industrial lease for Modern Builders Supply, Inc., in Toledo, Ohio.

A Toledo company founded in 1944, Modern Builders Supply, Inc., has more than doubled its warehouse space with this 125,000 SF transaction due to a growing e-commerce business. Reichle Klein Group’s Lynette Reichle, SIOR, represented Modern Builders Supply, Inc., with its lease at 4100 Bennett Road. Ronald J. Jurgenson, CCIM, SIOR, also of Reichle Klein Group, represented the landlord, I.B.C., Inc., of Toledo.
