Reichle Klein Group recently arranged a four-year, five-month industrial lease in Toledo, Ohio.

Reichle Klein Group’s Ron Jurgenson, CCIM, SIOR, represented the building’s owner, I.B.C, Inc., of Toledo, with the 119,952 SF industrial-space lease. The 1,102,017 SF building is situated on 46 acres at 315 Matzinger Road. The tenant, Thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services NA, Inc., of Sterling Heights, Michigan, was represented by Reichle Klein Group’s Jerry Malek, CCIM, SIOR, and Colliers International’s Peter J. Kepic, SIOR.
