TOLEDO, OHIO (JANUARY 24, 2017) – Reichle Klein Group recently orchestrated the lease of a former Sears store in Findlay, Ohio.

Reichle Klein Group’s Duke Wheeler, CLS, represented the lessee, Big R, of Watseka, Illinois, with its lease of 98,000 SF in the Findlay Village Mall at 1800 N. Tiffin Avenue. The building, vacant since 2014, is now under construction with a planned opening in the second quarter of 2017. This location will be the second in Ohio for Big R, joining the recently opened location in Lima, Ohio. Wheeler, vice president, currently represents Big R in its search for additional 75,000 SF-and-up sites in Ohio and Michigan. The landlord for the Findlay Village Mall is JJ Gumberg Co.
