Reichle Klein Group recently orchestrated a three-year office lease for Marathon Petroleum Company in Findlay, Ohio.

Reichle Klein Group’s Lynette Reichle, SIOR, and Todd Dickerson represented the building’s owner, Roach Enterprises of Ohio, Ltd., of Maumee, Ohio, with the office-space lease. The 37,727 SF building, known as Waterside Building, is situated on 3.4 acres at 16380 US Highway 224. Marathon Petroleum, headquartered in Findlay, represented itself in the transaction.
