The apartment market is performing well, with downtown and newer suburban communities are performing the best. Rent is still growing but at a slower pace and units under construction are slightly lower than they were in 2021. Overall market vacancy rate has slightly increased to 4.1% and the average rent is $915. New construction is at 444 units.
