Hyundai Mobis Set to Move into Toledo Trade Center

TOLEDO, OH – Auto supplier Hyundai Mobis is soon expected to move into the newly finished 285,000 square foot industrial building at 5901 Skyview Drive, home of the Toledo Trade Center. The Reichle Klein Group’s Jerry Malek is the current listing agent for the remaining space in Building 1, with another two buildings set to be constructed on the 58-acre property.

Mobis plans to build out an office, storage, and bathroom area within the existing warehouse according to The Toledo Blade. Mobis will use the newly acquired space to produce electric vehicle related parts.
