Erik Lassiter

Erik Lassiter joined Reichle Klein in May 2015 as a Real Estate Manager, responsible for a broad mix of office, retail and residential properties.

Mr. Lassiter began his career in 1998 at Lincoln Property Company, in Oakbrook, Illinois, as a Regional Property Manager.  While with Lincoln, he managed a nine-property portfolio comprised of 2,200 rental units in the states of Michigan, Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin.  His experience included overseeing the leasing, management operations and budgeting process for both tax-credit and conventional properties while providing clear and concise reports to the owners.

In 2006, Erik joined the property management department of NAI Farbman Group (Oakwood Enterprises) as a Commercial Property Manager.  He was responsible for the management of 26 commercial properties totaling more than 749,000 square feet.  With NAI Farbman, Erik implemented policies and procedures that helped to enhance Oakwood Healthcare Inc., objectives for its portfolio.

From 1989-1997, Erik served honorably in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, Second Class (HM2). During this time, he was awarded the Admiral Citation and Joint Meritorious Commendation medal.

Mr. Lassiter’s strengths lie in his extensive experience in company policies, procedures and plans, extensive knowledge of property-management software and tools and skills in negotiating vendor contracts, bids for capital improvements and regular maintenance.
