Professional Experience

Mr. Poulos transacts solely office brokerage work on behalf of his clients. Mr. Poulos specializes in the sales and leasing of office buildings in Toledo and the surrounding suburbs. Mike has focused the majority of his time on tenant representation, user building sales and landlord representation.

Mr. Poulos has more than 23 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. Since 2000, Mike has been involved in office sale and lease transactions valued in excess of $55,000,000. From 1982 to 1987 Mr. Poulos acted as a site selection and acquisition specialist for a regional shopping center developer. In 1987 Mr. Poulos joined a local broker’s office properties team. In 1995 Mike was promoted to Vice President of the Office Group and remained in that position until joining the Reichle Klein Group in January 2000. During his career he has been responsible for marketing a number of office properties in the Toledo area. These properties include:
