Professional Experience

A passionate marketing and sales professional, Maria King joined the Investment Property Advisors team as a sales associate. She comes to the Reichle Klein Group with more than 20 years of experience developing marketing strategies and contract negotiations for some of the top Fortune-500 companies in the US, such as Delta Air Lines, Coca-Cola Company, and Owens Corning; and regionally as Vice President of Community Development at the Huntington National Bank.  Her entrepreneurial spirit resulted in her previously owning a down-payment assistance company for the residential real estate market. She’s a natural relationship manager and her passionate work ethic with a customer-centric approach pushes her to execute flawlessly.

The Investment Property Advisors team specializes in private market real estate sales. The team's expertise is in understanding the capital markets, knowing and accessing private capital investors as well as underwriting and developing marketing strategies for investment properties. Their in-depth knowledge and ability to source private capital have served to create optimum value for their clients. They leverage web marketing technology and their proprietary national investor database to create a national market for Toledo area assets. In all, the Toledo Investment Property Advisors have participated in sales with a total consideration in excess of $317,950,000.
