Professional Experience

Gary Micsko specializes in the selling and leasing of warehouse, manufacturing and other industrial properties in Toledo, Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.  He provides brokerage and consulting services to both small and large businesses, representing tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers. 

Gary has been providing expertise as an industrial property specialist for more than 17 years.  Prior to real estate, he brings a strong industrial and engineering background to his practice, spending 14 years with the Dana Corporation in various engineering and management positions.
