Yvette Mayzes is the Senior Real Estate Manager of Property Management and Facilities Maintenance for the Reichle Klein Group. A Property Manager since 1997, Yvette joined the company as a Senior Property Manager when Michael Realty Services was acquired in 2007.
She began her career with Michael Realty Services in 1992, providing accounting services to the Property Management Department. Through the years, Yvette’s responsibilities grew, touching all aspects of property management. She ultimately reached the level of Senior Property Manager overseeing an extensive portfolio that included retail, office, industrial and residential properties.
Yvette’s strength as a leader of the firm lies in her depth of experience in all levels of the operations of a property-management organization as well as the breadth of her knowledge gleaned from years of hands-on management of multiple property types. Her value to clients is in her diligence, responsiveness, attention to detail and proactive advocacy for the property owners’ goals. Yvette has demonstrated that she knows how to balance landlord objectives and tenant satisfaction.
She possesses an Associate Degree and is a licensed real estate sales person in Ohio. She furthered her education with the Institute of Real Estate Management and received its professional designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) in 2002. Yvette’s CPM designation allows Reichle Klein to be on a very short list of real estate agencies with the AMO (Accredited Management Organization) designation thru IREM.
In October of 2017 Yvette accepted the assignment for The Fifth Third Center at One SeaGate. Downtown Toledo’s premier office building on the Maumee River. The size of this assignment and the requirements around its daily operation required her full attention and is currently the only asset in her portfolio today
