Reichle Klein Group recently arranged a five-year, five-month industrial lease in Toledo, Ohio.

Reichle Klein Group’s Ron Jurgenson, CCIM, SIOR, and Rob Hughes, of Newmark Knight Frank’s Detroit, Michigan, office, represented the 66,603 SF transaction between the building’s owner, I.B.C, Inc., of Toledo, and tenant, Dakkota Integrated Systems, of Holt, Michigan. The 1,102,017 SF building is situated on 46 acres at 315 Matzinger Road. Dakkota Integrated Systems, a supplier of Jeep parts, is expanding and doubling its size to the 66,603 SF.
