Reichle Klein Group recently coordinated the purchase of an industrial building in Dayton, Ohio.

Reichle Klein Group’s Ryan Miller represented the building’s buyer, Platform III – Third, LLC., of Northbrook, Illinois, with the $1 million purchase of the 86,640 SF facility located at 535 E. Third Street. This particular facility was ultimately selected after a comprehensive market study pinpointed this site as the best choice out of several viable alternatives identified during the process. The seller, 535 Dayton, LLC., of Columbus, Ohio, was not actively marketing the building and was self represented in the transaction.
