TOLEDO, OH – Reichle Klein Group recently coordinated an office lease of 7,168 SF for $988,641 in downtown Toledo, Ohio.

Reichle Klein Group’s Ryan Miller and Marty Gallagher, SIOR represented the building’s landlord, Toledo Mud Hens Baseball Club Inc., to fully lease the Fleetwood Building at 28 N. St. Clair Street. The 7,168 SF lease of the entire third floor overlooks Fifth Third Field and Hensville Park. Rooftop access is available with a large entertainment deck.
