Reichle Klein Group Represents Landlord in 188,500 SF Lease Renewal

TOLEDO, OH – Reichle Klein Group recently coordinated a 188,500 SF, $2.160 million industrial lease renewal in Toledo, OH.

Reichle Klein Group’s Ron Jurgenson, CCIM, SIOR represented the landlord, I.B.C. Inc., in the lease renewal at 315 Matzinger Road. The entire manufacturing/warehouse facility is 1,102,017 SF and situated on 46 acres. The property is located within one mile of the Jeep assembly facility and less than four miles of the GM Powertrain facility.
